All the employees were amazing and awesome. The hotel was in a stunning location short walk to a nice Miami Lakes center, and supermarket to a pizza place. It also was in Miami Lakes area-off 826-and very convenient to the beach...

I loved the decor!!!!! The bedding was clean and soft and really relaxing. Over all very comfortable, I also like the fact that you would had to be a guest to gain entry into the building so I felt safe. The laundry area was also clean and nice. The hotel provides detergent and other washing products and that was nice as well. There were computers and printers for guest use was a great plus.
Just wished there was a fridge and microwave in the room and a complimentry continental breakfast would of topped it off. Other than that this was a great hotel considering

Liked our functional and attractive rooms.
We ate at a great restaurant for a great dinner with fantastic entertainment. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, slept good.

Had an amazing anniversary getaway! The bed was super comfy, and I loved that our room had direct access to the pool-just a bummer it was closed during our stay. Overall, great value!

Easy check-in, late check-out. Nice building and rooms by the front desk. Good meals with complimentary drinks. Well-trained staff, always with a smile.

courteous check in staff, clean rooms
parking was a mess! manager should have been there to deal with this issue. instead he left a relatively new employee and 2 security officers to deal with it. unacceptable! !

We had an awesome group trip! The location was super convenient for golfing and exploring local eateries. The staff was friendly and the lobby had a great vibe. Just be mindful that some meals can add up in price.
One annoying thing was the unexpected charges on our credit card after we checked out. It took a few calls to clear it up, frustrating during our busy travel.
